Now if there have been some alk swings or general changes in the system, then there could be other reasons.
I did have my alk drop to 6.7 and maybe it's just taken a couple weeks to 3 weeks to start showing. I have had some fluctuations on alk and maybe they were not totally healthy due to this. I haven't seen any bite marks but I'm no pest expert either.
