Forever pets in San Antonio resealed mine. good customer service. I wasn't happy with one seam as it had excessive bubbles. They took it back and re did it. comes with 90 day warranty.

I had a horrible experience at forever pets leading to me tearing down the tank. Personally, I'll never go there again.

I've had 2 tanks resealed by forever pets with no issues

What is the general charge on a reseal? I have a 72 bow. I thought about just doing it myself, but, if I don't get it right it wouldn't necessarily be evident right away on a test fill, correct? That's a pretty risky chance, but based on the above comments, so is Forever Pets??? OK. I was hoping Ace was still in the fixer upper business. Any other Maast members come to mind?
Forever Pets have been doing this for a very very long time. They have the tools and the experience.
happy reefing
Lets ride
I did a reseal myself. It was just time consuming not really hard. I did do it on a tank that was not leaking so the seal on the glass to glass corners was still good. I did take the entire inside bead off along with the overflow and reseal all seams cause there wasn't much of a bead left, looked like someone had cut over 1/2 the bead off to make it less noticable. If the tank is already leaking somewhere then I would take it somewhere cause the glass has to come out to get that little glass to glass seal fixed.
those glass bow fronts always leak, toy will tell you that also. not trying to be negative but, usually happen after they have been setup a few times and moved around.

Took the tank to Toy. Ur right Chris, I got the speech. $135. Ready in a about a week. Figured it was worth it being I decided to go salt instead of fresh. I have a tendency to go reef even if I don't intentionally try. So with all the weight if live rock, it was best not to chance doing it myself. I'll let yall know how it turns out for those interested in a reseal in the future.
