I'm googling your outside ATS idea to see if I can see any examples. Is your house built into a hill? From the pics of your chiller when it was for sale, I remember it looked like it was on the ground under your deck.
Yes, we are on a hill. I was thinking an outside ATS would make things easier, not harder? But I'm afraid it will have to be elevated - as I can't see how to get it to drain back into the tank.
