Look into a geometric Pygmy hawk. It's basically an anthias, but they stay pretty small and are pretty active. A flame hawk, or flame back angel are pretty nice also.

I used to have a flame hawk, it has been one of my favorites. The only problem with a hawk is the sexy shrimp I have. :/ I wonder if they'd be an expensive lunch for a Pygmy hawk? My flame hawk never bothered my skunk cleaner but he'd gladly pick off a peppermint's leg.
