Reef keeper for life or no?

Ive been in salt since 1996 i think around there but fresh o wow around 6 or 7 years old

What does everyone think?

99% of people enjoy looking at corals & fish.
70% want to own a reef.
40% will actually try it.
10-25% will stick with it until stuff dies.
5-9% will keep going for a couple years.
1% becomes a reefkeeper for life.

These are just my rough estimates & are in no way concrete.

Opinions?

I think your numbers are too high. I'd guess...

I could see myself being a lifer for sure. I'm scared to see what my next tank will be. That will be for my next house though.
