Reef keeper for life or no?

What does everyone think?

99% of people enjoy looking at corals & fish.
70% want to own a reef.
40% will actually try it.
10-25% will stick with it until stuff dies.
5-9% will keep going for a couple years.
1% becomes a reefkeeper for life.

These are just my rough estimates & are in no way concrete.

Opinions?

I think your numbers are too high. I'd guess...

99% of people enjoy looking at corals & fish.
98% will ask how much a reef costs.
5% will actually try it.
3% will quit within 2 years
More like .1% becomes a reefkeeper for life.
