    Default IceCap Ballast not working

As you can tell I have been out of touch for a while since just today after doing a google search I find out that IceCap has been out of business for 2 years . Anyway, not sure what is going on with my IceCap 660 ballast, but the lights will stay on for about a second & then click off & stay off. I don't think it's the fuse, but I'm not an electrician so I don't have any real idea on what's wrong. Is this something that is fixable or is it time to start thinking about replacing the lighting system? Thanks in advance for any suggestions. - Jana

i had that happen with an icecap before i cut all connections and rewired it and it started working again, seems like it was a corroded connector that was the problem

Coralvue will service them. Here's the link. $60 to service them or $90 to replace the circuit board if needed.

Thanks for all the suggestions! Does anyone happen to know if any of the local aquarium stores sell just the wiring harness? Jason from Aquarium Designs replaced the ballast for me a couple of years back & I know they are closed today... Thanks again! - Jana

Yeah, it's pretty much the same repair policy as when ice cap was up and running.
