    Hey Bernie, how often do change your GFO and carbon? Water changes?

    GFO is changed out every 2 months. I tried going 3 months and the water wasnt as clear which means the GFO was completely exhausted. Water changes are done every 3 months or so.

    When you do a water change, how much water do you remove?

    I got to see the tank in person last week and i have to say its SPS heaven. All the livestock healthy and beautiful.
