Who makes custom tanks locally?

I'm looking to set up a small reef tank but I need a custom size 28"L x 22"w x 17h, drilled for returns and some kind of overflow . I am wondering if anybody locally builds glass or acrylic tanks. I was looking at glasscages but to ship it was going to add $100 or so. Can anybody recommend a person or company I should contact around the San Antonio area or another online manufacturer that is competitive with glasscages?

Like Big_Pun said, most of the large aquarium companies have a custom division and are not that expensive as you would think.
