    What color is the wood under the white paint? Any idea tank brand and how old?
    Killed my first coral in 1991, have tried to do better since. Always tricky.

    todd, it is my old glasscages tank - new in 2005. the molding is black on the tank

    no. it sat on a wall in my house and that is how he has it. the white you see is a wooden molding he built around the outside of the tank's plastic molding.

    The moulding that I built is not directly connected to the tank. The original construction of the tank maintains its integrity.
