I don't "plan" on running a high bio load. That's what I say now.... You know how things can go. I plan to run coral heavy and skimmers tend to pull proteins that corals feed on, right? If my understanding is correct I could go over sized but run it on a lunar cycle maybe. That way I've got a reserve of skimmer should I need to run it 24 hrs.
