Default Removing Fragged Zoas From Tile

I recently purchased some Zoa's that were fragged onto 1x1 tiles. I was wondering if it is possible (and safe to the coral) to remove it from the tile and glue it to a piece of live rock? If so, what is the best way to go about doing this?

if they are on a small piece of skeleton/rock and thast is glued to the tile just pop them off with some type of sharp tool, if not just wait it out, they will cover the tile eventually....
