As long as there is flesh on it there is a chance of survival. Try not to disturb it and DON'T feed it. It just needs a bit of light.

The iodine dip was good. May need to repeat if it continues to deteriorate. If it looks like this or better, then let it be.

Be careful how much flow you place it in. They like medium flow, but not direct flow.
