Saturday's Breaking And Entering: A Picture Story

Went down to the substation today and pressed charges.

I talked to the detective and asked to add a charge of animal cruelty (or similar) because of what happened to my dog. The detective took my statement and said she would hand the all info over to the district attorney.

On a side note, appearently the theif was bailed out. The detective couldn't tell me the set bail.

On another side note, the thief WAS apprehended while still in my house. Seeing he didn't have permission to be in my house, this should be an open and shut case.

I was served a subpoena yesterday, the court case for this event is finally here. On August 19, 2011 his trial starts, I plan to be there.

Did I miss it somewhere? What happened to the dog? Hope the dog is okay and that the lowlife gets pounded repeatedly while in jail, if you know what I mean.

I love that you took a picture of him! What a fool. To bad you were not home to use the firearm. You could have at least shot him in his knee cap or butt as he tried to run away.

Sorry for your ordeal man. I find a head shot works best. Otherwise you could get sued for his injury !!!

Yes, I was joking. I actually have a mustoo. I have a tattooed handle bar mustache. Every few weeks I go get it added to to give the illusion that it's actually growing.

In all seriousness, I really hope the dude gets what he deserves.
