    Default Gash on Body Of Yellow Fox Face ! (has since Healed)

    Ok, so i came home from work today to see my PERFECTLY HEALTHY Yellow Fox Face with Gashes on Both Sides of his Body !

    don't know why or where they came from.

    nothing has changed, no new additions no illness in other fish

    can anyone I.D. what may be going on ?

    looks more like a lesion than a gash. any better closeups? Are they symetrical?

    i can try and snap another pic, hes acting very shy which is "usual" but not to camera friendly at the moment.

    not positive if they are symmetrical but they look pretty close

    Google'N fish dorsal area diseases but not finding any luck, not sure if i need to be concerned with his health

    could he of gotten stuck in between some rocks? My tang got stuck between a gap it thought it fit through ]:

    But karin has a good point, looks like a lesion.

    between rocks is always a possibility but the same rock work has not changed since the tank was setup, i don't get it !
