    Default favorite b-fast taco

ok, so my dad and i go out for breakfast pretty much every Sunday and we almost always get breakfast tacos. i have tried many different kinds from barbacoa with beans and pico, to chilequile and just about everything in between. until this morning, i had a favorite taco - bean, bacon, hashbrown (not chunky potato), and cheese with pico. it has been dethroned.

new favorite - leftover bacon wrapped cream cheese stuffed grilled jalapenos with refried beans on home made flour tortilla (christy really spoils me).

it is cedrod's fault that i now make those jalapenos everytime i light a fire in the pit (sometimes that is why i cook outside now truth be told)

alright, so what is your favorite breakfast taco, and where do you get it?

plain old bean and cheese tacos at the soccer field on Saturday mornings.

Nothing special but I love to eat them outside in this nice fall weather, watching my little guy play. It's just perfect.

Well, my favorite and my daughter's favorite is Palapas bacon, bean and cheese - with their brown sauce.

Ace, you need to publish your stuffed jalapeno receipe...

Barbacoa with guaco, cilantro, and onion. Add a big red or mexican coke to drink with that!

I also love the super tacos from Palapas with green sauce. Their green sauce is the bomb diggity.

Pacific moon used to sell california style breakfast tacos. They were delicious. It wasn't a flour taco exactly it was more of a wrap. It was stuffed with ham, egg, cheese, hashbrowns, and ginger salsa.
