What does this tell you. The larger the company gets the customer service goes down the drain.
I believe there is someone who can say they have had a bad experience with any company that has every existed. And people are 10x more likely to talk about bad experiences than good experiences so of course you hear more about bad things. For me, I have had probably 95% good experiences with AT&T and I've had to deal with them a few times over the years. And I've been with Bank Of America for the last 17 years and have nothing bad to say about them. They actually went above and beyond to help me when I made an error in an online bill payment that sucked all the money out of my account right at Christmas time. I missed the decimal point and tens of dollars became thousands of dollars. It took a supervisor to finally take action, but they loaned me all the money back until the utility company could refund me the payment over a week later due to the holiday. So they'll keep my business for awhile.

I love Dish, take them over Time Warner any day, but they screw you on billing when they can. Had a few issues with them on billing. Again, you can run into issues with any company these days. Unfortunately the first line of customer service usually doesn't care about you, they earn their paycheck whether you have a good experience or not.
