I think a small amount of wobble is fine as long as it only wobbles when you bump it - not just being blown around by powerheads.

(as an 'English as a Second Language' speaker I have to tell you that I love your word futzing! I'll have to remember it. It might just replace 'snazzy' as my favorite English word)
