Best glass cleaning gadget

Okay I got my Hammerhead and I like it.
I also got the EZ Blade and I LOVE it.
I didn't realize I had to glue it on though and the instructions say not to leave it in the water.
Can I just glue it onto the old Mag Float or does it have to go on the Algae Free Magnet?

there is this new thing called the mag-flip and it had the cleaning pad on one side and it flips in the tank to the blade side and scrapes the glass clean. awuarium masters just got one/some in and it is the coolest.

Ive been using the mag-float but it doesn't really get the tough stuff off the glass. Ive always wondered about the wooden scrapers..(hammerhead etc) but was leary about the prices. Are they that much better at cleaning then the regular scrapers. And, since you mentioned the Ez scraper, how would it attach to it with glue?

you'd glue it to the back of the inside magnet.
The magnet in the hammerhead is way stronger than the magnet in the mag float. It's harder to push across the glass but it does seem to clean better.
I might just use the EZ blade manually.

LOL. And yay for glass tanks! I can't imagine how acrylic tank owners do it?

I have the easy blade and just keep it on a separate mag float that I use specifically for that purpose. Then a regular mag float that stays in my tank for every day cleaning. You could just use your hammer head for everyday cleaning and buy the cheaper mag float to glue the ez scraper onto.

Thanks! I still have my old mag float. If they're size compatible I'll just glue it on the old mag float!
