I went on the website - clicked on "Contact Us" - then clicked on "Send us an e-mail" - sent a request for information directly via the website. Here is what I received in return:

Note that "precision" is misspelled on their own website e-mail link...no wonder my e-mails haven't gone through.

A few minutes ago, I tried to obtain free shipping as set forth above. It didn't work for me - and my order was definitely over $150. Also, the shopping cart isn't recognizing sale prices...

I just cancelled the order...don't know what else to do...
