I went on the website - clicked on "Contact Us" - then clicked on "Send us an e-mail" - sent a request for information directly via the website. Here is what I received in return:

Host precissionaquatech.com not found.

The following recipients did not receive this message:

<info@precissionaquatech.com>

Please reply to <Postmaster@xyz.net>
if you feel this message to be in error.

Note that "precision" is misspelled on their own website e-mail link...no wonder my e-mails haven't gone through.

That doesn't explain why my phone calls haven't been returned.

I have been an online customer for many months (under the company's previous name as well) - so sad that problems are arising with no response from the seller.
