Congratulations!.....I agree homebirths are awesome. My middle child was a homebirth....she loves to here the story about her birth. You're right.....having a peaceful,warm and loving environment to bring a child to this world makes a big difference. And the best thing about it....our midwife came to check us out after couple of days of delivery......at least mine did.

Yes, we had 4 midwife's here for the delivery and one comes by every couple of days and they call every day to check up on my wife. So far we have not had to leave the house for anything. It's been very relaxing...
