Plenty for zoanthids, palythoas, mushrooms and most softies, even some LPS. Make sure the bulbs aren't old or you could get some bad algae and the corals won't be happy.
I do have some zoas and a green striped mushroom that only like intense lighting.

eclipse6 isnt realy made for saltwater so i had to do some tweaking on my tank
That should be plenty. If they start to turn white, try moving them up. Soft corals will be much easier than any other coral in that tank because they can tend to stand dirtier water. In a 6 gallon, I would be worried about keeping the water clean. Do you have any fish?
200g-No Corals Yet!
no fish just zoos, ricordea, some hermits, and snails
i need to find a filter for a 6 gallon. the filter takes up soo much space in my tank that it blocks light that could be getting to the back of the tank
when i added the 2 coralife screw in bulbs it gave my tank that shimmer effect
i moved my ricordea closer to the top now he spread out to almost double the size he was before
