I've kept a fan blowing on my sump or surface of display tank and that has helped keep temp down.

For about $20 at Altex you can buy 2 80mm or 120mm computer fans with good CFM (Which you can even get the fans with leds in them) and a 120V ac to 12V dc converter and wire them together and creativly mount them on your sump or you can do the same to the surface water of or main tank or what the heck do it to both or I can make it for you and sell it to you today.
