no, dont have the truck anymore - differential locked up and it dropped the driveshaft and tore up the tranny - cost more to fix it than it was worth. the only other vehicle we have is christy's explorer and she needs it to drive the kids around.

so for me, it is motorcycle or walk

At least you have your truck to get around in. Thats what always held me back when I wanted to rip apart my Jeep to fix something....no 2nd vehicle!

well, i got the crank case open. the keeper wasnt even broken, just out of it's groove! put it back in place, and it is shifting fine. guess i will be putting it back together today....
