Default A Reef Story: By Stephen Kret

This is what I guess u can call my progression through months, tanks, fish, coral, lighting, filtration, ect., ect., ect. Not much but I hope u enjoy (BTW it’s a camera phone, so sorry for the quality)

WARNING: THIS POST IS LONG, VERY LONG!!!

    1st month
    Basics

    2nd month of Reefing
46 Bow, PC lighting, 2 Emporer Filters

    About the 3rd Month
46 Bow, PC Lighting, 2 Emperors, and a New Skimmer!

6th Month(ish) same setup... just getting crowded

March of this year got MH and rekindled my love for reefing...then decided it was time to go in a different route.

The route I went was a Drilled 40 Breeder with cal flow (thanks to ace) leading to a 20 high sump.. MH, Coral Life Skimmer, Mag 7 return pump, about 30 lbs of live rock in sump with an emperor filter. I lost alot of good fish during to move.. :( R.I.P. Powder Blue, Green Spot Mandarin, 6 line wrasse, Scooter blenny, and Twin Spot Goby... Survived By My first 2 fish ever!---> The clowns, 2 cleaner shrimp, 2 harlequins. New friends are Blue hippo (thanks Moe), a new 6 line, and a Koran Angel...

    As it is today

a couple pics of the sections

If You made it this far, i hope i didnt waist too much of your time..thank you
    Stephen.
