I picked up the rock from eBay. The seller is MarcoRocks.com - it was listed for $80 per 50lb which came out to be $2.08 per dry lb shipped. The rock has been dry for quite a while so whatever was there has long since gone. No pests or long decay process. I plan on cycling the tank and seeding it with some of my existing rock. Also, per lb. you get more rock dry than wet.

I received 2 of the 3 boxes of rock today and it looked really good. Decent sized pieces that were pretty light weight - no dense boulders.

Marco Rocks is GREAT....I had some of that stuff...and it is amazing...and I currently have some in my tank now from when I transferred it over...that 50 lbs will be more like 75 lbs once it gets bogged down with water and such.

Another site sells EcoRox, which is the same thing.
