The only thing I recommend is that with your mandarin you hold off for a while. These need a mature tank with quite a bit of rockwork to cultivate copepods...as that is its main diet. If I am not mistaken your tank is relatively new.
The list doesn't look bad at all...but you can get a mandarin to eat frozen / pellet foods and it still could very well be starving itself because they graze on copepods all day long...

just some unsolicited advice...and the reason I haven't purchased one for my tank quite yet.
