    Default Bad Seafood?????

i bought this seafood combo last night from HEB that has squid, mussel, oysters, clams...... just your normal seafood combo. anyway, i threw it in a pan and just let it cook with some butter. now that its half way gone i started to think if it was cooked all the way. i had thought that this combo thing was pre cooked, but then what if it isn't and i just ate a half pound of un cooked seafood. how can you tell when seafood is completely done cooking?

It is only wrong,if you let your fish see you doing it.
Reefing is just like cooking, all the ingredients have to be just right , except you don't have to bring the water to a BOIL...

I'm not a seafood chef or anything, but I would imagine the only real way is to use a thermometer to check the internal temperature. Seems most cooking instructions for any kind of meat these days says to cook it until it reaches a certain minimum internal temp before eating.

shrimp will turn pink, mussles will become soft to the touch, and i'm not to sure about calamari. i don't see how it can cause fish ick.

The temperature "danger zone" is between 40-140. If you ate some bad fish, you'll KNOW IT.

    Does your stomach hurt?

This stuff cooks pretty quickly so you're probably OK. By the way, what are you doing eating your fish food? Your reef is mad at you for not sharing...
