The poll came out to be interesting and fun.
Obviously a higher pecentage changes their water once a month or more, but it is actaully pretty scattered among the others and their are 1000's of members and only us that are on here all the time posted. Like stated before I will part of the once a month club soon if not every 3 weeks once I have my tank up and running with the SPS.

I have a small yearly calendar inside the stand doors and I check it periodically to see when the next h2o is due, I usually empty out all the sump(@5-7 g) first around the next week or so of the month and close to the last week of the month I do the 25-30 % h2o change. The way I usaully (key word usually) keep track on a regualr basis is by doing the changes everytime I get paid which is every two weeks.
I have customers that do them twice a week and some that do them twice a year. Both have great tanks. I think that your tank will adjust to the water changing as long as you keep the same schedule. I also think that what you keep will affect when you should do changes. Some inhabitants may like cleaner water some dirty.(softies vs sps) We average 10 % a week taken out everytime we sell a bag.
