I have three of them in my 135g along with two Seio 2600. I love them and we will be having some of them as auction items in the near future. So stay tuned to the meetings schedule...

I absolutely love them. I'm running a #3 and #4 in my 40 gal. breeder with some minor sand shifting when they are both running. Will probably go to 2-#3's.
Also have a #1 on 25 gal. tall. #4 made a little noise for about 2 weeks then went silent. Guess it needed breaking in. The new ones come with a protective shield for the fan blade and flow directionals attachment. It allows you to let the flow go in all directions or one strong current

As far as the magnetic holder goes, the mount that goes inside the tank also works as a big suction cup. So the magnetic part and the suction part kind of work together, although I've removed the outside magnet part a few times and the body stayed in place inside the tank.

I forgot about the suction cup. BA, let us know how it works out. Something to keep in mind for future reference. I think I am definitely going to go with 2 #3's. That would be about 22.67 x for my tank.

I have 2 number 3's in my 120 tall tank. I heard the # 4's have a rough start when turned off and back on and can be loud.

I'm completely 100% satisfied with my number 3's!

Picked up 2 #3's today and set them up. Nice flow and amazingly quiet! Was actually very surprised!
