probly true. the thing that kills me is that they admittedly said they do not want to hire "smart people" and would rather have people that "fit in". (not trying to offend. the ceo said this. if you work there and are happy i am happy for you!)
i was invited to a vendor lunch and learn here in town at a pretty swanky restaurant. lots of big business IT folks, lots of business casual attire and some suits and ties. here comes the "rackers" bee bopping in in shorts and tshirts none the wiser. the frat boy mentality can only take you so far.
