Question needs an answer....
Scenario:
You purchase $250 in Zoas, to get free shipping
, say from a sponsor. On arrival they don't look so good and within a week they all melt on you.
Question 1: Does the seller have a obligation/do you expect to have a store credit or replacement given?
Question 2: Would you expect the same obligation from a private seller? Particularly if they sold the item in some volume.
Question 3: If you feel a "brick and mortar" has a obligation to replace/credit an item but a private seller is exempt why?
