No need to feed for a while, just wasting your time and polluting your tank.
Let them heal up. Once you see a healed, fully formed mouth, then they can be fed again, if you so desire.
I've had over 30 clones, and I've never directly fed mine at any point in time. They get what they get.
You do have to watch them - they tend to travel after splitting. Amazingly, they often end up back together right where they started.

Ya I've been watching to see if one of them were gonna move but since my clowns are there the female takes the big one and the male takes the clone lol separate beds haha so happily hasn't moved yet
