We have done them that way several times as well. Good stuff. Anything wrapped in bacon can't be bad.

[In my best Homer voice, whilst drooling] Mmmm, breakfast tacos.

I'd eat just about anything as long as it's wrapped in a tortilla but...

    #1. Huevos con chorizo

#2. My wife's "we ain't got nothing in the fridge," egg and hotdog taco with plenty of salsa.

Why are we discriminating against migas? They're good too!

Oh Migas! I love Migas. But prefer them straight out of the bowl rather than in a Taco (since it already has fried tortilla strips in it anyway)

You guys need to try the original donut shop on Fredricksburg and Vance Jackson... they have been around for like 50 years. They only take cash and the drive thru line goes out and backs up on the street on the weekends.

They of course do homemade tortillas, but for their bean and cheese, they put thecheese inside and fold it and put it back on the grill to melt it. Then they add the beans and you can't go wrong with adding bacon. bacon bean and cheese. hmmm

Kristy says their carne guisada is the best in town.

And of course the donuts are primo also...
