PREFACE TO THE 1^ST QTR BOD MEETING 2017

The following changes will be made in regards to the way we handle MAAST Meetings in 2017

RSVP’s will be tracked using a google form in each meeting thread. We encourage those who plan to attend to formally rsvp using this form. RSVP's help the board purchase an appropriate amount of supplies for a meeting, including acquiring tickets for meetings at the aquarium for members and their guests. In the event supplies for a meeting are limited we will prioritize those who have reserved their attendance.

Meetings that receive few RSVPS may be cancelled to save MAAST's resources. In addition, we will no longer be announcing monthly meeting giveaways beforehand to encourage regular meeting attendance.
