What a swap! I'm still half awake from this weekend but I wanted to say a huge thanks to all of our great volunteers for helping us out on a great show. Brandon, Ada, Richard, Tim, Shaun, Megan, and Michael really all stepped up and we couldn't have done the event without their help.
Setup Saturday went amazing and Sunday was awesome as well.
Maast paid for 2 golden tickets to be found by the first 10 charter members in attendance through a random selection in the coolers and Shaun and a Richard chose the winning coolers. Here's what the tickets looked like, and yes they were printed on shiny gold paper!
Jake from River City donated an MP10W QD for our first 30 charter members who were there early and Jose had the winning ticket (video coming soon).
Things kicked off immediately afterwards and the swap was on!
Lynn (cowspot83) won the first raffle of the day at 2pm, the Tunze Osmolator Nano!
Mike (umiamifan) kept his winning streak alive and put all his tickets into the AI Prime HD donated by ARK Aquatics at 3PM
Ryan (smithr25) won our third raffle of the day, the Gyre XF-230 and smart controller donated by Unlimited Color Corals!
Che (need to confirm username) put 40 tickets into the Apex raffle and won himself the unit and then donated his BRS doser he won immediately after for us to do another drawing and Sissy, an Arc premium and new Charter member won the drawing!
A full behind the scenes look at the swap should be hopefully coming in the next few weeks. If you have any videos from the event, please get with me!
Congrats to all of the winners and a big shout out to the sponsors and everyone that helped volunteer their time to make our swap awesome!!!
