Default Lets see those Algae Turf Scrubbers!

I usually do 18 hour on, 6 hours off. I have the "off" cycle during the main lighting cycling (like noon to 6pm)

From what I've read (and I read a LOT!...lol), a 24/7 lighting period actually inhibits optimal growth

I usually run my lights opposite the main tank to help balance the pH in the tank system.
