Starting 75g FOWLR system

I'm considering just keeping my 75g I have listed and setting up a FOWLR system. The goal is to keep it simple and change out the water with the water in my main system as I do water changes. I change out 45g every week out of my 220g. Originally I was thinking about making it a large frag tank but I came to the conclusion that I would take it too far and would spend way to much getting it perfect. I then started thinking about having a more aggressive fish tank but started having second thoughts because eventually I plan on upgrading my current system to a 350g - 500g tank and will more then likely merge the tanks. Below are the details regarding the system and fish considering. Any thoughts would be appreciative. Also if you have live rock laying around please let me know. I want to set this up with minimal cost.

You gotta go with an eel man. They are still fine in a reef if you feed them pretty frequently or get fish on the fringe.

Dude, if I had my choice the hawaiian dragon eel is the top of the choice. Second would be a tessalata

Where can you purchase one? I was looking online and didn't see any listed. Do you think down the road it could be added to a 350g reef tank?

Right now I think you might need to do what Dean mentioned, and go online. For awhile I think SoutSeas had a dragon and Elegant had a Teselata. Of course with large animals, the bigger the tank the better. I am assuming the key with eels is that you give me them plenty of hiding places. I would create a series of PVC tubes with several openings for them and glue rock rubble to the pipes to make them blend in with your rock work. If they are like most fish, the more hiding places you give them, the more out in the open they will be in the tank. Something about safety I guess.
