Update.... My Sps was pushed off the rock by a crab and was touching another coral. Part of it has died on my. I'm hoping I can bring it back. The other half still looks pretty good. The flowerpot is hard to count but has good polyp extension. I'm up to 12 heads on the zoas(7 large, 5 babies)
