    Default Just an introduction

Hello everyone. I'm new to the forum and just purchased my first membership. I actually heard about this site from someone on CL I bought a nice hammer coral from last week. I just had a few questions as to what benefits people have really noticed with this site and where everyone likes to buy their livestock from.

So about me and my tank... I kept a marine aquarium for 2 years nearly 10 years ago, I was in the military and when I broke my tank down for a move I decided not to put it back up due to the stress of moving, and some upcoming deployments.. so I got out of the marine hobby. My wife and i did get back into FW just because it was easy and she enjoyed keeping some fish (especially live bearers).

Recently we decided to make the jump back into the hobby and I needed something to do so I decided I was going to do a DIY... although it was rewarding it was very slow... I started my process back in October to build 2 tanks the first has been up and running for about 3 months now, the second has been up for a month and has just finished it's cycle. Both tanks are 72"x30"x24" acrylic tanks, each has a 48"x18"x24" sump, RapidLed diy light sets, coralife protein skimmers, snapper/barracuda gold hybrid returns...

Anyway I figured you guys might appreciate that most people I talk to just look at me like i'm stupid So now is the time I need to start ordering livestock and obviously I'm looking for the best value with the amount of livestock i'll be purchasing.

Also of note is I am particularly fond of Anemones so I was scouring this site to see if anyone was trying sell some large ones since I have some space and my tank looks empty with a few little babies in it...

    Welcome to the site.

I'd hold off on the nems until your tank gets a bit more seasoned. Also, large additions are very upsetting to the balance of new systems, and old.
