    You may have a problem with low sperm motility in the male. It does happen and the only recourse to to pair her up with a different male and vise versa. We see this periodically in seahorses where the male will deliver a large number of undeveloped eggs. In view of the time you have had the pair together there may be a problem with his ability to fertilize the eggs. Not all males are capable of reproducing viable offspring.

    I do have to say one thing he is very dedicated to the batches even if he isn't fertilizing the eggs very well.
