    Default Jebao wp-25

    I heard the light sensor on them isn't made for the bright light that we use. I don't have one but just passing along what I read about them. Maybe they have changed the sensor as well.

    I read that too. Unfortunately I didn't even get to find out cause I immediately lost the little sensor when I opened the box. I was a little eager to get it into my tank before the wife came home and caught me

    I set mine to lock the speed and then connected it via timer to turn off at night.

    I run it with an mp40 during the day and then off when the lights are scheduled to go off. Then on again when my lighting schedule kicks in. My mp40 provides some flow during the overnight hours but at a minimal level.
