Only got 1/2" out here...not much improvement. Maybe some of the rain north of here will find it's way to our aquifer (Trinity). If I can get it filled enough to get the filter back online I would be interested in another rtc/tsn.

I've got rainwater collectors to divert the water from my gutters to the pond, if I can ever get 2-3" of rain I should be back in business.

I'm hoping for your sake the aquifers take on a bunch. There was a lot of surface water that had to fill ponds, rivers and lakes up.
In a side note there is another chance later in the week. We will have to see exactly where the winds steer the next depression.

How is the pond, little more rain in the area lately, hopefully you got some. are things looking up?

Just enough rain to get the pond topped off and the filter back online. Now I'm trying to get the water cleared up, it's pretty nasty. Still not enough water to do any significant water changes so I've been doing daily potassium permanganate treatments for the past few days. It's getting better but will probably be next week before it's clear enough to really see the fish. Then I'll find out how much hunting the catfish have been doing in the murky water. I know they took out the Oscar but don't know what else they got a hold of.

The Oscar is the only one I know of so far. I thought for sure they would have gotten my HiFin Banded Shark but I just spotted him this morning.

It's slowly clearing up (about 2' visibility now). I think it'll take another 4-5 days to get it really clear. Here's how it looks now...

Glad it's not any worse than that for you. Looks like a fairly decent chance for some rain this weekend toward your neck of the woods.

Pond is pretty clear now. Not crystal clear but I can see the bottom of the deep end.

I was trying to take some night pics but my RTC/TSN was the only one bold enough to come up close to the camera.

I hope you got some rain! This is one of my favorite threads to keep track of. I hope to see some videos soon!
