If you have a Nano, what are you using as a wavemaker/powerhead in addition to the two stock powerheads in the top corners of the nano? Where did you position the additional?
Thx

I have the Biocube 29 gallon and replaced the pump with a Cobalt MJ1200. I was running a Hydor Koralia 250 powerhead on the left glass but it was a weak powerhead with a narrow flow. I recently replaced the Koralia with a Vortech MP10 centered on the left glass and am much happier with it.
I have the stock pumps and nozzles.

I have an mp10, expensive but good for the job. Youd only need one on a nano cube anyways.
i just bought the koralia 425gph for my 14 gallon biocube and I like this thing. It adds enough flow to tank that there are no dead spots and its not to much flow for my coral.
Same here, I have the 425 koralia on my nano...does a decent job.
I replaced one of the pumps in the rear with a maxijet 1200 and left the other stock one in there (will replace it when I get another maxijet). I have a tunze 6025 on the left side of the glass, which works pretty good, but I would love an MP10(no money for that right now). Oh yeah, I forgot, I have a 28g nanocube.
