    Default metal strip with holes

    what are those metal strips with holes called? sometimes they come as angle iron but I want them flat. you can use the holes to screw them to each other or to something else.Do they always just come in the lightweight bendy version? Or are there places that sell heavier, less bendable versions of this stuff?
