+8...Great place and selection! You're never going to please everyone. You will always have the people who complain to just complain and hope they get something free out of it. And then you have the others which love everything you do no matter what. Working in a hospitality/restaurant business I'm always dumbfounded that the "complainers" about everything continue to come back. So in reality how bad could things have been?
