I'm a little more picky & harder to impress.
Out of 10stars, I give ER a 7.
Then again, the majority of the other LFS's I've visited don't even come CLOSE to that score.
And the highest I've ever seen was an 8.5.
There are things about ER that I would change, but their business model (from what I can tell) works. Customer service is *near* top notch.

+8...Great place and selection! You're never going to please everyone. You will always have the people who complain to just complain and hope they get something free out of it. And then you have the others which love everything you do no matter what. Working in a hospitality/restaurant business I'm always dumbfounded that the "complainers" about everything continue to come back. So in reality how bad could things have been? ER...Just keep kicking *** everyday! Keep it LEGENDARY!
