Great job! It really is sad that you had to resort to calling so much, but I don't blame you. I had a package coming from them once with over a $1000 worth of product in it and their tracking showed delivered, but I did not get it. I called many times and left a nasty note for the driver in the mail box and it was delivered quickly then. They SUCK!!!!
