I used to be a presort mail courier. And I can tell you no one in the post office cares about anything but their wages and benefits. The attitude just gets worse as you get to know these people too. I hated going to pick up supplies, either trays or post-cons, because of the way they act. Ive seen them playing catch with packages, and leaving fallen mail on the ground without picking it up. To the point were it would still be on the ground when I came back days later for more supplies. Its really quite sad. This has happened at the Perrin Beitel office and in Austin. Thank goodness I am doing another job. Those people will drive a person to drink!! I hope they find your package soon Sherita, but I wouldn't hold my breathe!
