Just an update on my tank we did a 30 gal water change ( all I had made up in the 32 gal brute) Xenia still look all limp and the leather still seems to be sleepy looking so far everything is still alive and I'm glad I (on a whim) picked up carbon and media bags at elegant reef) cause I'm pretty sure the carbon and skimmer saved my tank and would like to tank all of you for your help hubby thinks the tank didn't get 110 volts cause the ballast shorted and didn't trip anything so he thinks it may have gotten at the most 50 volts which is still a lot and we are thankful our 2 yo didn't get electrocuted
